Complete Renovations

We tend to work according to Architect's drawings or Designer's specifications; however, if none are available we can refer our Clients to Professional Architects, Structural Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Consultants or Acoustic Specialists we have worked with over the past years.

We undertake works using our dedicated in-house trade’s men from stripping, structural alternation, throughout mechanical and electrical installation to plastering, natural stone tiles / slabs fitting and decoration to the highest standard.

We only sub-let a relatively small proportion of works, which are highly specialized, like pilling, lift installation, architectural lighting

control, however, over the years we have developed long-term working relationships with various trade specialist including installers of fire and security systems, audio-visual, telephone and Entryphone system, air-conditioning as well lifts installers, waterproofing systems and flue lining / fire places surrounds installers - enabling us to provide a complete building service.

Over the trading years we have also established long term working relationships with a large number of builder's merchants, specialist suppliers and sub-contractors, which enables us to negotiate the best deals and delivery dates to the benefit of our project and clients.
